drawings/paintings/collages about your visit to our office, another dental
theme (e.g.. cavities, gum disease, etc.), or caricatures of Dr. Denise,
Dr. Cheng or our staff (preferably in JPEG format). I will put your drawing
on display on this web site.
Please include your full name, and birth date (if I cannot verify that you are a current patient I will not publish your drawing).
